For the last 5 years he has been part of a local team in Norske Shell that has piloted and implemented a Dynamic Digital Twin ecosystem, that has now become a global standard in Shell.

Endre is passionate about information management, data standards and how data can support the business and create real value.

Susan Lattanzio, Research and Industry Engagement Manager, University of Bath

Dr Susan Lattanzio is the Research and Industry Engagement Manager for the TREND (TRansdisciplinary ENgineering Design) Research Group, the Responsive Manufacturing: Maximising Value Through Life research project, and the Made Smarter Innovation: Centre for People-Led Digitalisation (Deputy Director).  

Based at the University of Bath, her research focuses on the use of transdisciplinary approaches to bring together different academic disciplines and non-academic stakeholders in order to solve real-world problems.

Robert W. Williams, Palaeontologist, Norwegian Petroleum Directorate

As a palaeontologist with a passion for optics and astrophotography, Robert W. Williams saw the value of optical and technological advancements in the medical fields of pathology and cytology. When one can transform the organic matter contents of rock samples into 15 gigapixel digital mosaics at a resolution of 4 pixels per micron, and put it on the desktop of microplankton specialists, value creation is guaranteed. For the last 37 years, he has worked for the NPD in biostratigraphy, specializing in fossil marine microplankton.

With a background in IT solution and service delivery, Jesse has two decades of experience working in Australia and now Norway. Recent roles include Service Development Manager at Logica, for the Equinor 24/7 frontline services. Portfolio lead for Engineering and Wirelines applications at Archer, and currently at Kadme as lead for Product Strategy. Ying Guo, Senior Advisor / Business developer, CCUS, IOR, NORCE

I am currently working at NORCE – Norwegian Research Centre, as senior advisor and business developer within IOR/EOR and CCUS. I was trained as reservoir engineer and holds master degree from University of Stavanger (Rogaland Regional College 1985) and PhD degree at NTNU (NTH, 1989). I have worked within R&D institutions for more than 15 years, but also worked for DISKOS project (1995-2005) and as special research engineer at Total E&P Norway (2005-2025). I was director of the National IOR Centre of Norway (2019-2021) and now as deputy director of the National center Sustainable Utilization of Subsurface of the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS2030 – In addition, I am working on a number of research projects within CCUS, H2 and IOR.
